  • Yes, we recommend that you buy your tickets in advance to ensure tour availability.

    • After the booking is completed you will receive an email with printable vouchers.
    • You will need to print your vouchers to redeem your tour.

    • We would gladly accommodate you on any of your changes, from changing dates to

  • Chevron down Cancellation Policy
  • With our easy cancellation policies. Your tour can be cancelled and refundable up to 24
    hours prior to the departure with the exception of overnight packages.

  • Chevron down Do I have to have my voucher printed or I can show it on my phone?
  • You will need to have your voucher printed.

  • Chevron down Where do I join the tour if I'm not staying at a hotel?
    • For all guest that is staying in condos, apartments, Airbnb, Bed and Breakfast, please
      come to the Toronto Coach Terminal located at 610 Bay street on platform 9 for your
      Niagara Falls tours.
    • For all guest that is staying near the airport area or outside the downtown Toronto area.
      Please come to the Toronto Coach Terminal.
