  • Yes, we recommend that you buy your tickets in advance to ensure tour availability!

  • Chevron down How do I get my tickets?
  • After the booking is completed you will receive an email with printable vouchers. You will need to print your vouchers to redeem your tour. You cannot show the voucher from your phone, it must be printed.

  • Chevron down How do I make changes to my booking?
  • We would gladly accommodate you on any of your changes! To make a change please contact our Gray Line office at 1-800-594-3310

  • Chevron down What is your cancellation policy?
  • With our easy cancellation policies, your tour can be canceled and refunded up to 24 hours prior to the departure, with the exception of overnight packages.

  • Chevron down Where do I join the tour if I'm not staying at a hotel?
  • For all guests that are staying in a condo, apartment, Airbnb and bed & breakfast or near the airport area or outside the downtown Toronto area, please come to the Toronto Coach Terminal located at 610 Bay Street on platform 9 for your Niagara Falls tours.
