A few helpful details.
How do I catch my return shuttle?
Buy a return ticket. When you’re ready to leave, go back to the same spot where we dropped you off at the Distillery. Show your return ticket and board a return shuttle. They leave every 15–30 minutes.
Do I need to book a return time?
No. You only choose your ride to the Distillery when booking. With a return ticket, come back to the drop-off spot whenever you’re ready during return service.
What time is the last return shuttle?
The last return shuttle leaves the Distillery at 10 p.m. Be at the same spot where we dropped you off before 10 p.m. to catch it.
Is Winter Village admission included?
Your ticket covers shuttle transportation only. Purchase Winter Village admission separately when required. VIP pickup and drop-off does not include priority admission.
How often does the shuttle leave?
Shuttles run daily, every 30 minutes from each of the three pickup locations during scheduled service. Select an available departure when booking and follow your confirmation. Traffic may affect arrival times.
Which ticket options can I book?
Available ticket options are shown in the booking calendar. Review your selected option and follow the confirmed instructions for your journey.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes. Tell us when booking so we can plan boarding and storage. Please be ready to fold your stroller for travel.
