Our Niagara Falls & Niagara-on-the-Lake Day Tour takes approximately nine hours, including return travel from Toronto. Allow extra time after the tour in case traffic delays the return.

Yes. Niagara Falls tours include walking between viewpoints, attractions and meeting points. Some routes have uneven surfaces, and areas near the Falls can be wet or slippery. No. Our Niagara Falls day tour stays on the Canadian side and does not cross the U.S. border.

This is a tour meeting point, not our administrative office. Check your booking confirmation for your exact pickup location and arrival time, as some tours use other meeting points.

The bus cannot wait for late guests. Please arrive by the time shown in your booking confirmation and allow extra time to find the meeting point.

If you miss your departure, email info@graylinetoronto.com with your booking number to ask what other arrangements can be made. In most cases, we can transfer your booking to another date or time, subject to availability and your booking terms. A new ticket may need to be purchased.
