Where does the Distillery Winter Village shuttle pick up?

Gray Line Toronto offers three downtown pickup locations:

• 55 York Street, beside Tim Hortons.
• Chelsea Hotel, at the Gerrard Street entrance.
• The shared Hilton and Sheraton pickup near Queen Street West and York Street.

Select your pickup when booking. Your confirmation provides the departure instructions and exact meeting location. For the shared Hilton and Sheraton stop, use the confirmed map pin rather than waiting at either hotel’s main entrance.

If you are travelling into Toronto through Union Station, 55 York Street is a convenient place to begin. Plan your train or subway journey first, then allow time to walk to the stop and meet your group.

How often does the shuttle operate?

During scheduled service, the Distillery Winter Village shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the downtown pickup locations.

Choose an available date and departure in the booking calendar. Check your confirmation before travelling, as traffic and operating conditions can affect arrival times.

For families, an earlier departure can leave more time for exploring and getting home. For an evening with friends, agree on one pickup location so everyone begins the outing together.

How does the return shuttle work?

Select a return ticket if you want transportation back from the Distillery.

With a return ticket, you do not need to reserve a specific return departure. When you are ready to leave, return to the same location where the shuttle dropped you off at the Distillery.

Return shuttles operate during the scheduled service window. The last return shuttle leaves the Distillery at 10 p.m. Allow enough time to reach the boarding point before that final departure.

Is Winter Village admission included?

Your shuttle ticket covers transportation. Distillery Winter Village admission is separate when required.

Check the Village’s admission arrangements for your visit before booking your evening. Food, drinks, shopping and restaurant reservations are also separate from your shuttle transportation.
